FILM SUMMER WORKSHOP

In this summer workshop, students produce several short films together under guidance from industry professionals in Cinematography, Directing Editing, Production, Editing and Sound during four intensive summer weeks in Stockholm. 

Through practical workshops and inspiring seminars and lectures you will receive the foundations of the filmmaking experience. First two weeks are focused on short workshops within all disciplines while each student write scripts, the third week is shooting week, and the final week is postproduction and screening of the film in our own cinema.

This is a great way for an aspiring filmmaker that have started to take the first serious steps towards filmmaking that surely know how difficult it is to move on to a higher level on your own. Film is a collective art form. You need knowledge, you need practice and you need a network of like-minded people if you want the elevate your filmmaking skills.

ACTING for FILM SUMMER WORKSHOP

In this summer workshop, a small group of participants work mainly in front of the camera during a four week intensive course that teaches you film acting, techniques in physical and voice acting, and an understanding of the industry of acting. Together with a small group of film students, the course includes the filming of several short films perfect for your showreel.

The workshop will provide insight in film and theatre acting and will provide the student with a toolbox of techniques in physical and voice acting, and understanding of the industry of acting. The course is well suited for industry-professionals, event and stage performers as well as beginners.

Application to participate in the Film School’s course Summer Workshop shall be made through the form found on this web page, and be provided to the school at the given date of deadline. If you are accepted to the course the school will send you an Admissions Letter.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
In order to accept your offer you should pay the tuition fee of €3.000. When non-payment according to the invoice occurs, statutory fees will be added. Payment must be paid within 30 days to secure your attendance in the program or course, invoice is sent separately via Fortnox, our digital financial service company.

Having a right of withdrawal by law means that you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase that you made off-premises, for example online. If an applicant who has been accepted to the school and paid decides, for any reason, not to start the course, the school must be informed within 14 days after course has started.

We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS after the 14 day Right of Withdrawal period unless you have a medical certificate stating that you are not able to participate in the program. All invoices are sent via email to the address submitted in the application.
