HOW DOES STOCKHOLMS FILMS HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We at Stockholm Film School are responsible for personal privacy. Below you can read how we handle your information, and what rights you have.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.

The information we have is the information you provide us in connection with various contacts with the Stockholm Film School. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail, social security numbers, organization numbers, pictures of people and gender.

FOR WHAT IS THE DATA USED?

We process personal data for the purpose of handling applications and communication during training.

TO WHOM ARE THE DETAILS SUBMITTED?

In some cases, we may provide information to a government agency such as CSN, MYH and the Migration Board.

HOW DO WE PROTECT THE DATA?

Stockholm Film School takes technical and organizational security measures to ensure that all information is protected from access by unauthorized persons.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Data submitted to Stockholm Film School is kept as archival purposes.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You are entitled to know what we do with your personal information, such as when and how your personal information is processed and why. You also have the right to retrieve your personal information, or have them moved, corrected, deleted or blocked.

COMPLAINT

If you believe that we treat your personal data in violation of current data protection laws, you should report this to us as soon as possible. You can also contact the The Swedish Data Protection Authority directly and submit your complaint.
